Tomorrow morning i am running my very first 10k! It is freaking cold here and I may run faster just to reach the warmth, lol! I can't wait to see where my training has gotten me!
- Get more sleep. I was good most nights. But there were a couple nights were I just wasn't tired and couldn't attempt to sleep. Must have been the full moon.
- Lose 20lbs. Weighed in at 218.4 that is a 3.2 pound gain! Fail. But moving forward.
- Meal planning. We stuck to the plan and have planned out November! I just need to decide where I want to go for my birthday and what night! Win!
- Balance. I love doing this at random times. Filing, sure! Standing in the elevator, why not? Win!
- Tracking. Checkish! The weekend was a bit off. Yesterday, we had a potluck at work and I'm not entirely sure how to input all the homemade foods. I may just have to write it down.
Have a great weekend everyone!
I can't wait to hear how it goes tomorrow! You have SO much to be proud of!
ReplyDeleteI went off-plan last weekend, and strictly tracking everything i ate this week has been a big help in getting me back on course and the scales moving in a downwards direction again...you can do it too. Congrats on the mileage by the way - that's great.
ReplyDeleteGood luck on the race tomorrow! I have a cold 5K to do as well :D
ReplyDeleteIt seems everyone in blogland had an odd week this week. Most everyone gained or went off plan. Just say you were preparing hard for the race tomorrow! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteOMG, I stumbled on to this blog from FB. You look great everyday. I am amazed by your weight loss and your continued goals. You inspire me! Jen
ReplyDeleteExcellent on the running! Can't wait to hear about it!
ReplyDeleteI love how you phrased it "But in reality there will be times when I need to live my life."
ReplyDeleteThat is a very poignant way to put it.
Live your life! Great attitude.
ReplyDeleteBest of luck with the 10k. Please come back and tell us all about it. You are an inspiration!
Great job this week! Keep kickin ass!
ReplyDeleteSorry about the gain. :-(
ReplyDeleteI hope the 10k went well. I so admire you!
Thanks everyone! The race was a huge success. I can't let the gain define me. Although this week may be off due to a crazy weekend. And that is ok!
