Meal Plan for week of Jan 8, 2012

This has been a stressful week at our house.  My mom has been having some health issues and right now we are in the wait and see mode.  I hate the waiting game.  I haven't been running enough.  However, it isn't the end of the world.  I am trying to remember what is important and that is my family and friends.  I'll make it through this race in a couple of months even if my training sucks!  I have faith in that!    

Here is the menu for this week:
Sunday: Turkey Manicotti and Salad
Monday: Spicy Rice Skillet with left over chicken from last week
Tuesday: LO
Wednesday: Chili for Book Club
Thursday: Fish
Friday: LO
Saturday: LO
