Meal Plan for week of Dec 25, 2011

Merry Christmas to all those celebrating this weekend!  It has been a great day at my house and the weather was gorgeous.  I am getting incredibly used to these 50+ degree Sunday long runs.  I'm not sure how long my luck will hold out but I'll take it while I can!  I just wanted to post a quick update and then get back to Holiday movie watching!

Here is the menu for this week:
Sunday: Pulled pork in the crockpot, scalloped potatoes and veggie / Tator Tot Turkey Sausage Breakfast Casserole this morning!
Monday: Brunswick Stew
Tuesday: Pulled Pork Tacos
Wednesday: LO
Thursday: Fish
Friday: LO
Saturday: LO

Feel free to ask for recipes! Until next time....

  1. What's your Fish recipe? What types of fish are you eating? I keep the Breaded Tilapia from Sam's on hand. It's 6 WW PP+, and a good protein source. Only takes 20 mins in the toaster oven so it's a great item to have after a workout and can cook while I'm grabbing a shower.

  2. I keep the Gorton's grilled fish on hand. They sell Tilapia and Salmon in 2 pieces. I bought a bunch the last time they were on sale. I have no idea how many points they are but they are 150 caloriea per piece. Fish night doesn't always happen though. We sometimes skip it for leftovers.

In general, it's never breaded because I don't really like fish that way. Occasionally, it's good though! It's almost always something broiled or baked.
