Week 2 of being back on track with the meal planning. I hope that eveyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Mine was great and it was nice to spend time with my family. I even ran a 5k this year just to earn my turkey! I had a PR of 31:42. That is freaking amazing for me. I must have really wanted to chow down. Lol.

Sunday: Tarragon Chicken Casserole (or leftover turkey)
Monday: Tortilla Soup (our favorite) crock pot
Tuesday: Autumn Sausage Casserole crock pot
Thursday: Fish with mashed cauliflower
